Luz’s inspiration to enter the real estate arena derives from her family’s 82 years of service to the industry in Colombia, South America. Her ambition to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps as an accomplished real estate entrepreneur led her to the industry. Luz has been a consistent “Multi-Million Dollar Producer” with Prudential Florida Realty, Arvida Realty Services, Coldwell Banker and most recently as a Principal Partner, Keller Williams Realty Partners SW. In August of 2005, Luz successfully opened her business and has over 140 affiliated Realtor Associates. She has always been ranked among Broward County’s real estate elite. Prior to real estate, Luz obtained her Master Degree in International Management and worked for IBM’s International Division and the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 10 years.
Keller Williams Realty Partners SW transmitted January 2006. By August 2006 the office was ranked in the Top 20% of Keller Williams Internationals launch offices in the USA and one of the Top offices in South Florida. In December 2006 it was ranked #2 in Listings and #1 in Sales in SW Broward according to the South Florida Regional MLS Statistics.
